In this recipe all the ingredients have little protein but peas has the highest amount of protein.

To make the paratha. Cut the palak and amarnath leaves and grind it with salt and ginger garlic paste. Now mix the ground paste to atta flour add jeera powder and make a soft dough. Add water if required.

Now roll out like paratha and cook it on both sides take it out and add cheese slice in the center.Then fold and serve. Do it when it is hot else cheese will not melt. As we know cheese is high in protein this paratha serves as a good protein dish.

To make Subji.Take a kadai add oil heat it then add jeera hing turmeric powder onions ginger garlic paste green chilli and sauté it will it cooked. Add spinach peas and cook well with little salt then add boiled peeled corn. Mix well and add red chilli flakes and cheese spread. Mix well and serve with hot hot roti that is mentioned above.
