  • 1 can5 oz chunk light tuna, drained
  • 2 tspHeinz salad cream
  • 1alfalfa sprouts
  • 1thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 2 slicefresh baked whole grain bread

    Add salad cream to drained tuna, mix well to distribute

  2. 2

    Spread tuna onto fresh (or toasted) slice of bread

  3. 3

    Add layer of sliced cukes, then alfalfa sprouts, top with another slice of bread

  4. 4

    Slice diagonally. And slice diagonally again if desired, into 4 triangles.
