Steps

Firstly clean the raw eggs and boil them with 1 cup water and 1/2 tbsp salt and pinch of turmeric powder. The water should be evaporated.

Finely chop all the vegetables. The potato can be chopped either finely or long bigger shape. Slit the green chilies.

Now in the kadai heat oil and add kalonjee. Then add all the vegetables and saute them well.

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix them very well. When the vegetables are fried properly then add water for gravy.

When the gravy comes to boil then add the boiled eggs and stir them. Cook until the vegetables are tendered. Stir occasionally. The flame should be medium always.

When the vegetables are tendered then add a thin paste of corn starch and water. It will help to thick the gravy. Check the salt. When it reaches to required gravy consistency switch off the flame. Serve it with hot steamed rice.
