    Cut the ugali into pieces not thick not thin

    Beat the egg in a small bowl add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and mix well

  3. 3

    Pre heat your pan and put the oil and heat

  4. 4

    Dip your ugali in the egg mixture and shallow fry them

  5. 5

    Server it hot

  6. 6

    It was tasty and nice
