Cut the brinjal in to four cuts with it's stem. Mix all the jeera dhania,haldi powder,chilli powder, Jaggery, groundnut and til powder and mix it nicely.

Pour the mixture between the brinjals properly, left over masalas keep aside.

In a kadai take some oil and fry all the brinjals smooth ly, then keep aside, then in that oil add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,fry it, add chopped tomatoes,then add the brinjals,,now add leftover masalas with water,mix all the ingredients slowly.

Cover the lid, let the gravy boil, after that add some imli juice, and Jaggery to it as per taste, add garam masala powder and it's ready.
