Ingredients

35 Minutes
  • 2Green Big Chilli
  • 40 gmGroundnuts
  • 40 gmCoconut crushed
  • 2Green chilli
  • 15 gmSesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoonsTamarind paste
  • as needed Coriander to garnish
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • as neededOil for cooking
  • 1 tspMustard seeds for tadka
  • 1Chopped onion for Barista ( medium onion)
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste

Steps

35 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add groundnuts and roast, now add coconut, sesame seeds and roast.

  2. 2

    Once done, after cooling add the contents in mixer, add ginger garlic paste, fried Onion 1,a and grind into a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Now in the same pan add some oil, fry the slit chilli, add mustard Seeds, curry leaves and turn the contents of the mixer jar.

  4. 4

    Add the tamarind paste and salt, turmeric, garam masala and cook for another 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    When oil is visible slightly...the dish is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
