200 gramlady finger
2 tbspgram flour
1 tspcumin coriander powder mixture
1/2 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspchaat masala
1/2 tspaamchur powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the upper and lower part of the lady's fingers

Make four slices of each.

Now mix all ingredients in to gram flour

Cover the lady's finger with this

Heat oil and fry the fingers
