Stuffed keema with keralas(bitter gourd)

Peel the kerala skin make a half cut scoop out the whole seeds.

Sprinkles salt and keep kerala for 30 minutes.

Now take pressure cooker add oil to it.add slices onions to it.add.till the onion is golden brown add ginger garlic paste to it.

Now add chopped tomatoes to it and let the tomatoes cook nicely.

Now add whole powder and garam masala powder salt to taste mix nicely.Now it let to cook without adding water to it.and washed keem mix nicely.

Once all the water of keema dries off add water needed to keema.dont excess water in it.

Now let it cook in high flame.after one whistle cooked in low flame in 15 minutes.

Keema is ready put it in half keema in a bowl and add aamchor powder lemon juice sugar and mix it nicely.

Now lets take keralas.washed it nicely in water.

And take bowl keema stuffed with keralas.

Spread the left over keema over the stuffed keralas.and cooked in 10 minutes for low flame.

Your keema stuffed keralas is ready.garnish with coriander leaves. And enjoy it and served it.
