Beef goulash with mushrooms served on potato pancakes
Easy to cook and delicious in taste!

Chop the beef, carrots and mushrooms.

Coat the meat in flour and fry in a pan until the beef is dark.

Put some water to a pot and add beef, carrots, mushrooms, bay leaves and some salt to it. Fill with water little above the ingredients.

Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring every 5-8 min. After first 20 minutes add broth cubes.

Cook until it's thick enough.

In a meantime peel and grate the potatoes and heat a pan.

Drain off any excess liquid and mix in egg, salt, and black pepper. Add enough flour to make mixture thick, about half glass all together.

Fry it on a pan with oil (pancakes has to be half immersed). Turn side when the frame is golden.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Place potatoes pancakes on a plate, pour the goulash and eat!
