1/2 cuppeas boiled
3Potatoes cut into cubes
1/2 cuppaste of onion ginger garlic
1tomato pureed
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspCumin seeds
1bay leaf
1 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar

Heat oil and saute Potato with salt and turmeric powder keep aside

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf
3

Add masala paste saute well adding red chilli Powder
4

Add tomato puree saute well adding water
5

Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off the flame
6

Serve it with rice or chapati
