On my weight bust i have a couple of boiled eggs to set me up for the day. But often my hunger pangs kick in about 15 mins later :)
Adding the cottage cheese and chilli give it a lovely kick and keeps me fueld for longer.
Not the greatest of recipies but I enjoy it.
