First of all take bowl add grated potatoes, paneer, salt, chilli flakes, chopped coriander leaves, finally chopped green chilli, cumin seeds, chat masala

Mix well all ingredients

Keep aside. Now take 1 more bowl add all purpose flour and add water as required

Now apply some oil in palm. Divide the potatoes &paneer mixture into equal portions.

Take one plate.put bread crumbs & roll the portion in your palm &make it into cylindrical shape

Dip each roll into flour batter &apply bread crumbs evenly

Genty put the rolls into oil. Deep fry until they become golden & crispy.

Crispy paneer rolls are ready to serve
