Cook the meat very well till is soft and well spiced.

Fry with vegetable oil.cut fresh pepper and onion and insert all in a skewer.

Parboil rice,Fry the tomato paste and onion for few minutes.add the stock and more water boil for 5mins and put curry,Thyme,Salt,Garlic,Fresh pepper,royco and seasoning.

Then put the parboiled rice and leave it to boil.

Slice and salt the plantain,Fry in vegetable oil.fry both sides.
