Steps

Slice potato. Keep them in water, add a teaspoon of salt and keep it for 15-20 mins.

Heat oil. Drain the water from potatoes. And add potatoes in pan for deep frying.

Till potoes get cooked. Seprate extra oil carefully.

Add all the dry spices and pinch of salt too. Toss. And your aloo tuk is ready.
