First in bowl add besan,suji curd and mix and keep for half hour then add eno along salt, sugar give a nice mix

Grease an plate with oil and put this batter in the plate or any bowl and steam for at least 20 minutes check in between with knife

As your khaman is ready take oil heat it nicely and add mustard seeds, curry leave and put this tadka on khaman garnish it with coconut and coriander leaves
