Take besan in a bowl

Add dahi and oil

Add salt and soda. and make thick batter.rest for 10min and mix well.

Put grated ginger and chopped coriander.

Grease the vessel

Pour the batter.set in a cooker with little water in bottom. cover the lid cook for 15min.

For tempring put little oil oil in a pan add mustard seeds, currypatta and slited chillies. pour this upon the dhokla. all

Pour upon dhokla
