  1. 1/2 Cfresh pineapple, diced
  2. 1 Twhite onion, finely diced
  3. 1sweet baby pepper, finely diced (contrasting color looks nice)
  4. 1/2 tspchives (optional)

    Dice up pineapple and place in bowl

    Finely dice sweet pepper and add to pepper.

    Finely dice your onion and add to bowl. (Red onion might have been good...)

    Add your pinch of chives and mix.
