
Stir Fry - Sweet, Sour, Sriracha style

Add the olive oil and cubed chicken into a large pan and start to brown the meat on med heat setting. (Approx 5 - 10 min)

Add the vegetables, chili sauce (start with 1/2 cup), Sriracha (1 TB), and brown sugar. Cover with lid and continue to simmer (approx 20-30 min).

As the vegetables begin to soften (with 5-10 min left), add the pineapple with its juice and the cornstarch. This should thicken up. If not add a bit more cornstarch.

Taste a sample. Add hot sauce, chili sauce or brown sugar to your liking.

Serve over rice. The types and quantities of vegetables can be adjusted to fit your liking.
