Besan Ka Halwa

Take a wok. Pour ghee. Heat. Add besan. Stir continuously on low flame.

You need to fry besan with ghee till it changes colour and a nice aroma comes.

Keep stirring. When besan changes to golden colour add sugar, milk and cardamom powder. Keep stirring no lumps should be there.

Add chopped Almonds & Cashew Nuts. Cook till ghee leaves sides.

Yummy besan halwa is ready.
