Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled white chane
  2. 1 cup onion puree
  3. 2 cuptomato puree
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 2green chilli finely chopped
  6. As neededoil
  7. To tastesalt
  8. To tastered chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsphaldi
  10. 1 tspzeera
  11. 1 spoonchana masala
  12. 1 spoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add oil and rost zeera.

  2. 2

    Add garlic paste,onion and tomato paste.

  3. 3

    Add all masala and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 -7 min.

  5. 5

    Add chane and then again cook for 2 -3 min and add required water.

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 min.

  7. 7

    Ready white chane and serve with rice/chapati.
