  4. 1/4 tspajwain
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli
  6. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  7. as neededOil for frying

    Boil and peel arbi

    Cut in to roundels

  3. 3

    Sprinkle besan.salt.red chilli.ajwain

  4. 4

    Mix with soft hands

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry it till golden brown

  6. 6

    Sprinkle chaat masala

  7. 7

    Serve as a snack
