Ingredients

  • 500 gmspotatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1fullhead garlic and 5-6 green chillies grinded
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • 2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspsalt as per taste
  • 7_8 curry leaves
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boil potatoes and mash them.
    Then add all the spices one by one.
    Add coriander..

  2. 2

    Now Mix all the ings except for chilli garlic paste

  3. 3

    Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add the ginger paste and saute for 2-3 mins.

  4. 4

    Now add curry leaves and roast it nicely till they change colour

  5. 5

    Now add the aloo mix and mix well cook for 4-5 mins...

  6. 6

    Now make besan batter by adding salt and a pinch if haldi powder it should not be very thin.

  7. 7

    Now make small balls oƒ potato mix flaten it on your palm slightly.

  8. 8

    Dip in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame...enjoy hot with pav.

  9. 9

    Serve along with green chutney and roasted green chillies.
