Ingredients

  1. 25 piecessmall Idli
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  4. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  5. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspmango powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. oil to fry
  9. as requiredtomato ketchup
  10. as requiredgreen chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thick batter with gram flour, coriander powder, garam masala chilli powder salt and water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Now dip the small idlies in the batter and fry in oil till it is golden and crisp. (you can use regular idli also)

  3. 3

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.

  4. 4

    It's very tasty outer crispy and soft from insider
