Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 cupplain yogurt
  • abit of garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspdhana jeera powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • water to mix into a batter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ings together & make a liquid batter. Not so runny,not so thick

  2. 2

    Take a non- stick pan & take a big spoonful & spread like a pancake. Cook on medium heat.Till golden brown
