Steps

In large mixing bowl add besan,ginger paste,green chilli paste,2 tbsp oil, semolina,curd,salt,termeric powde,lime juice & water and mix it very well.

Whisked the batter very well and keep it aside atlist 10 min for the besan to puff up.

After 10 min add eno powder and whisk & make the batter very smooth.

Take a container for making dhokla,gease with oil and put the batter in it.

Keep water to boil in a vessel put inside the jali stand and switch on the flame.

As water boils put the dhokla container in water. Cover and cook it for 15 min.

After 15 min check the dhokla and take out the container and cut it nice shape.

For tadka, heat tadka pan add oil and mustared, green chilli and curry leaves and sugar and water & put tadka over the dhokla.

Soft and spongy khaman dhokla is ready. Serve it any kind of chutney.
