Steps

Add Oil to a pan once hot add in cinnamon, cardamon,cloves..

Add both Onions,1 green chilli, and stir fry for a few mins. Add in tomato puree along with ginger garlic paste🍅🍅

Add all powders and stir until oil separates.

Now add salt, chicken,lemon,curd,coriander and mint leaves. This helps chicken to stay soft.. stir for a few mins.

Now boil meal maker in a different pan with water for 3 mins.. once done drain it's water and add to the curry.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the curry and cover it with the lid for few mins.. or put the pressure lid on up to 2 whilste.

Top with coriander leaves and serve hot.
