Take rajma and daal washed and soaked at overnight.

After soaking take a pressure cooker add water,daal,haldi,salt,red chilli,garam masala,ajwain,garlic,ginger and hing cover with lid and pressure cook for 1 hour.

After one hour take a wok add oil heat add onion and green chilli saute till golden brown add tomato puree and pure ghee add mix boiled daal.

After 5 minutes dal r ready.Pour cream.

Take a flour add water maje a soft dough take rest.

Make a ball,then flat and spread ghee roll on make a laccha parantha.

Take a pan add oil put laccha parantha fry both sides apply pure ghee.

Serve daal,laccha paratha and salad.
