Ingredients

  • 100 gmMoong ki dal
  • 100 gmChana ka dal
  • 1 teaspoonAdrak
  • 1 teaspoonlahsun
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1 teaspoonpeppers powder
  • 1 teaspoondhaniya powder
  • 4 piecesgreen chilli
  • pinchAjwain
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak both dal for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Then grind dal with all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mixed well.

  4. 4

    Then heat oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Make small ball and dip into the oil fry till the turn in golden.

  6. 6

    Now serve with chattni or sauce.
