Take a bowl and take all the ingredients as panner cubes,onion diced, tomato diced, capsicum diced, olive oil and masalas just mix everything with curd and keep it to marinate for 10 minutes

Now take the wheat flour, maida salt to taste and make the dough of it and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Take the dough make two portions of it keep one portion in side and take the second portion and mix it beet root puree it will become redish

Take the marinated mixture and sorte it in pan for two minutes

Make one roti from plain dough and one from beet root one as you had made roti shape of both take a rounder like bottle cup and make holes in the roti which you have to keep up and inside plane

Take the roti with hole keep it below and now the take the plain roti keep it above it now take ketchup spread on the roti and than with mixture we had made and put the mayonnaise and shredded cheese above it and roll it from both side it will become like a wrap and to hold it put a toothpick in between so the wrap does open up and serve it sauce and salad
