Heat oil in a non stick pan add dry masala sauté till nice smell comes add onion little sauté and add ginger and garlic chopped sauté till golden brown add tomato purée sauté till oil leaves

Now add fried potatoes and green peas sauté for 2-3 mins add 1/2 cup water and cook till peas soft

Now add paste of cashew after 1 minutes add saffron milk and little boil

Put off the flame add fresh cream and sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves

Garnish as u desire and relish the taste of shahi dum aloo with poori, prantha and roti
