Put a nonstick pan to heat

Add1/2 cup ghee and let it heat

Add 1 cup chicken pea flour until it is golden brown in colour.keep medium flame.roast the besan for 15 mins

Add 1/2 cup sugar to it.

Roast for 2 to 3 mins while stirring it

When besan has turned dark..then add milk to it and constantly stir it and cook it on low flame.dissolve the lumps.

Now add chopped almonds,cashew,pistachio and cardamom powder..

Then add 2 tsp of ghee to it.mix it well turn the flame off..

Serve it on a plate and garnish with lots of almonds and pistachios..
