Make chena from 1 kg milk.Strain it and squeeze it with soft hand.

Knead the chena with hand for 8 minutes till it becomes soft.

Make small bowls and press them lightly to give round shape.

Take 1 cup sugar and 3 cups water. Boil it in a pan.Add balls in it. cook it for 10 minutes at high flame.

Boil 1 kg milk in a pan.Add sugar,kesar, pasta and cardemom. Boil it for 15 minutes.

Add cooled chena boils.Ras malai is ready to serve.
