Steps

First we make dough take a bowl sieve flour in it

Add baking powder and baking soda mix well

Add curd and oil in it add pinch of sugar mix well

Now add warm milk or water and knead the mixture to prepare firm dough

Now make stuffing take a bowl and mash 1 boiled potato add salt and green chillis now stuffing ready

Now the dough divine in small parts roll each the ball and stuff and flatern over to make as like paratha kulcha

Press a lots of coriander with press lightly.

Now heat the pan put oil and shallow fry till it turns colour brown on both side cooked well.

Ready to serve with chole and chutney as u wish.
