Steps

Put soaked chanainto pressure cooker and cook for one whistle

After one whistle open the lid don’t over cook

Spread on the kitchen towel for 1/2hour

Now add all spices into Besan,rice flour mixture
- 5
Toss the cooked chanainto dry mixture and fry it till they turn into golden brown and cool it into room temperature.store the chanamasala in to air tight container
