Ingredients

  1. 2apples (medium sized)
  2. 1big pink grapefruit
  3. 1 ltrsparkling water
  4. cubesIce

Steps

  1. 1

    Just put the apples and grapefruit in a blender and whizz it.

  2. 2

    Fill a jug half way with ice cubes and pour the juiced fruits on it.

  3. 3

    Then top it up with sparkling water.

  4. 4

    Give it a stir and serve.
