Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 1onion chopped in cube shape
  • 1tomato chopped in cube shape
  • 1capsicum chopped in cube shape
  • 1carrot chopped in cube shape
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • Coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tbsginger
  • 1 tbsgarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsred chilli sauce
  • 1 tbstomato ketchup
  • 1 tbssoya sauce
  • 1 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1 tbsblack pepper
  • 20 gmcashew
  • 100 gmpaneer
  • 2Bey leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice. Should be separate.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add heat oil in it.

    Add zeera, tejpatta, ginger,garlic paste after 30 seconds add capsicum,onion, green chilli,carrot and at last add tomato and chopped veggies and stir fry them. When veggies become little soft add salt,black pepper,red chilli sauce tomato sauce,soya sauce and stir continuously to mix it well with veggies.

    After that add boiled rice add sweet corn and mix with veggies and cook for 3-4 min.

    Garnish with paneer, coriander,cashew, green chilli.

  6. 6

    Now yummy yummy Chinese pulav is ready.
