There are several reasons to make breaded steak cutlets or chicken cutlets one of my favorite dishes: they are exquisite, easy to prepare and there are an infinity of ingredients among which you can choose to accompany them, salads, puree, french fries, etc. You can also prepare delicious sandwiches if you want to enjoy a day outdoors with your family.

Ingredients

  1. 3 poundsbeef steak (the type of meat of your choise, cut into thin steaks)
  2. 1/2 tablespoongarlic salt coarse ground with parsley
  3. 4eggs
  4. Necessary amount of :
  5. Bread crumbs italian style
  6. Oil or cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients:

    In a bowl beat the eggs

  3. 3

    Add the garlic salt, mix and reserve

  4. 4

    Place the breadcrumbs in another glass dish, set aside

  5. 5

    Remove all surplus fat from the meat

  6. 6

    Submerge the steak in the egg

  7. 7

    Place the steak on the breadcrumbs

  8. 8

    Press gently on both sides so that the bread sticks

  9. 9

    Do the same with each of the steaks

    They can be cook in the pan or in the oven:

    In the pan:

    Put a pan with oil on a medium-high heat, when it is hot, put the breaded steak until it is golden brown both sides, do the same with each bread steak, put it in a plate with paper towels to reduce the surplus of oil

    In the oven:

    Preheat the oven at 400 degrees temperature, spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, arrange the steak in it, spray the breaded steak on top with cooking spray and cook it for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown both sides

    I prepared them in the pan

    Accompany it with tomato, lettuce and sweet chili
