Steps

Grate boiled potato.

Add chestnut flour and salt.

Take peanut coarse powder and add sugar, Salt, chopped chilli and coriander, grated coconut and lemon to it. Mix the filling well with hands.

Take potato dough and stuff it with the peanut filling.

Roll it in chestnut flour if required.

Fry on medium flame in hot oil.

Serve with green or red chutney.
