Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1potato boiled
  2. 2 tbspwater chestnuts flour or arrowroot flour
  3. 2 tbsppeanuts and sesame seeds roasted coarse powder
  4. 1 tbspgrated coconut
  5. 1finely chopped chilli
  6. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1/2lemon juice
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. As neededOil for frying

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate boiled potato.

    Add chestnut flour and salt.

    Take peanut coarse powder and add sugar, Salt, chopped chilli and coriander, grated coconut and lemon to it. Mix the filling well with hands.

    Take potato dough and stuff it with the peanut filling.

    Roll it in chestnut flour if required.

  6. 6

    Fry on medium flame in hot oil.

    Serve with green or red chutney.
