  • 1 tspshahi jeera
  • 5-6 podsgreen cardamoms
  • 2black cardamoms
  • 1star anise
  • 6-7black pepper corns
  • 6-7white pepper corns
  • 2 stickscinnamon(1")
  • 1nutmeg
  • 2 piecesmace

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat an iron wok dry roast all the masalas for a minute or two

    Now grind it to a fine powder

    Keep in an airtight container and use to prepare a nice and flavoured biryani
