Make the dough of besan adding methi leaves and little salt

Now make round rolls with the dough

Boil water

Put rolls in it

Boil untill it become up

Strain from the water

Little cool it and cut in small rounds

Mix all masala in curd and beat it

Put oil in a pan

Put cumin seeds and crackle it

Now put the curd and cook it 2 minutes

Now add gattas and mix it in the masala

Saute it and add leftover boil water and cook till gravy thickens

Sprinkle green coriander

Serve with rice or chapati.
