Squeeze the sugar syrup from the rasgullas and arrange them in a baking dish

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 10mins

Blend together khoya, milk, condensed milk, Cardamom powder and rose water together
- 4
Roll the rasgullas in the liquid and arrange them back on the tray. Pour the excess liquid on top to evenly cover all the rasgullas

Sprinkle the pistachios on top
- 6
Broil it for 6 mins just so that the top gets reddish brown (for a Conventional microwave, it's 5-6mins of grill)

Serve hot
