In a bowl, combine besan, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and cumin seeds and make little thick batter of it.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry pakora in it.

In another vessel, mix curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and water (as per the need) and boil it for 45 min- 1hour.

Then drop fried pakora in it and boil it for another 1/2 an hour then switch off the flame.

Now in a tempering pan, add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, bay leaves and asafoetida and allow it crackle.

Now pour this tempering on kadhi pakora.

Your kadhi pakora is ready to serve.
