Besani bhaji

#Besan....Authentic typical famous sindhi dish. Served as mein coarse with chappati

Firstly finely chop the onion.

Now heat oil in a heavy base pan put onion cumin seeds and green chillies and saute till light brown.

Now add all the dry masalas and mix well cook on low flame till oil seperates

Now.add 1 cup water and leave in on low flame..

Meanwhile prepare tikkis

Firstly seive besan and put in a mixing bowl.

Now add all the ings put oil mix it well.
Now add very little water to knead the dough - 8
Now.make small oval shape flat tikkies.
Now put these tikkies on onion gravy. - 9
Add about 1 glass of water cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 10_12 mins. till water absorbs.

Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with chappaties.
