Grease the tin well and dust it.

Cream sugar and margarine till fluffy

Add eggs each at a time and beat well

In buttermilk add the red food colour and stir

Fold inthe flour alternating butter milk and flour until all flour is finished.

Add bicarbonate to 1tsp of buttermilk and add in the butter
- 7
Pour the batter into baking tons,bake for 35-40 min.
