Crispy and flavourful, this recipe is an excellent way to use leftover chapatis.
Steps

Slice/Cut the chapatis in long strips

Heat oil and add the onions

After the onions turn translucent, add the chopped chilli and vegetables

Mix well and cook covered for 5-7 minutes on Low heat until the veggies soften a bit

After which, add the lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste, ketchup and soya sauce

Mix well and add the chapati pieces now

Mix well so that the chapati pieces are well coated with the flavours (since we need the chapatis to be crispy,do not overcook;as they may soften)

Take off heat and serve immediately garnish with chopped coriander leaves
