  • 100 gmflour
  • 4 gmyeast
  • 2 gmSalt
  • 12 gmcurd
  • 4 gmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough

  2. 2

    Roll-out in 2cm thick rounds

  3. 3

    Fermentation process for 30 min

  4. 4

    Bake at max temperature of oven for about 7-8 min

  5. 5

    Pita should have a open cavity when baked

  6. 6

    Avoid extra colour on crust

  7. 7

    After baking apply fat on surface
