Ingredients

  1. 1 litermilk
  2. 1/2 cupboiled rice
  3. 2Paan leaves
  4. 7-8Almond finely chopped
  5. 7-8Pistachio finally chopped
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder
  7. 1 tspGulkand

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring milk to a boil and cook till reduced to one third it's volume.

  2. 2

    Add boiled rice and griend paan juice.

  3. 3

    Add sugar to taste.

  4. 4

    Add gulkand and cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    Serve hot or chilled.
