    RECIPE

    Flour 400g
    Margarine 20g
    Water 300g
    Pastry margarine 250g
    Salt pinch

    Meat/ chicken 300g
    Oil 60g
    Onions
    Salt

    METHOD

    1.Mixall ingredient and make a smooth dough except pastry margarine.

    2.Roll the dough and cover with small pieces of pastry margarine

    3. Fold into 4 pieces and roll

    4.turn 3 times still folding and rolling and turning

    5. Fold the third time and re
