250 gmToor dal
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
2 tbspCoriander Powder
1 tspTurmeric Powder
1Tomato chopped
1 pinchAsafoetida
1 tbspButter
1 tsp Mustard seeds

Steps

Boil daal in a pressure cooker along with tomato and spices...take 2 whistle on medium flame

U can boil it in open vessels along with spices until daal get soft
3

For fry take a big spoon...add butter..heat...put mustard and asefotida.....with red chilli powder...pour this in daal
