Add chopped onion, green chillies, capsicum, Coriander leaves, baking soda, and salt in leftover dosa batter. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Fry till the colour of the bondas changing to golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat the same with the remaining batter and drain excess oil on tissue paper

Sprinkle some chat masala on onion bondas Serve it with imli chutney and sauce.
